1. Incoming Material Quality Control
Incoming Materials are ordered before marketing survey and samples inspected before released by IQC.
All qualified incoming material will be in stock after detailed inspection. All those unqualified will be returned to suppliers. We control quality from the first step.

2. Quality monitoring during production
With cooperation of operators and inspectors, we make sure products meets with requirements. Meanwhile, we enforce frequency on routing inspection and spot check.

Products quality alteration and measurement system’s stability will be estimated and displayed via charts. Charts help us to find out problems easily and immediately. Hidden problems are solved while immerging.

3. Quality Control before Products delivery
Products are 100% inspected then released by director and FQC, and qualified ones packed for delivery.

4. Returned Products
Returned Products are classified by returned, re-produced and scraped. Analysis reports are handed in technique department to find out solution.
